Almond Brownies..

 
Aku wat brownies nie sebab nak bagi kat mak..birthday mak doe..heheheee...:)

Almond Brownies nie aku dapat dari kawan cousin aku kat S'pore..
masa nampak dia hidang atas meje tu nampak mcm menariks..
aku teros amek satu and makan..
buila dah makan..
rasa nak terpusing bijik mata aku
makkk aiii...heaven kooo...
memang brownies ngam soiii..
biasa aku makan brownies yg homemade la..
rasa kek coklat jer..
aku betol2 nak yg brownies pure punyerr..
lagi2 brownies ala secret recipe..
huuuuhuu..nanges bila makan!!!


So, bila kat umah dah boring2..
mulalah tangan menggatal pegang2 butter..
jawabnyer..capailah semua barang..
sekejap jer semua dah ada..
pastu apa lagi..
mengongkang buat brownies lerr..
senang jer buatnyer..
tak payah susah2 pakai mixture..
semua pakai whisk jerr...heheheee..
ni tahap brownies pemalas namanyerr...muahahahahaa...



The outcome and in terms of rasa tak sehebat org singapore tu punyer..but for me, no harm to try..first trial maaa..nanti dah wat doploh kali baru ada masyukkk...muakakakaaa...:D


Jom nengok recipe..


Ingredients


125gm butter
115gm flour
340gm castor sugar
4 eggs (aku hentam gred A..tu jer yg ader kat umah..miamiahahahaa)
100gm dice almond
100gm cocoa powder
1tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
1 bar chocolate for topping (double boil)


Method

  1. Melt butter using double boil method. Off flame and mix in the cocoa powder.
  2. In a separate bowl mix flour and castor sugar.
  3. Beat eggs and mix into the flour and sugar mixture and stir well.
  4. Add salt and vanilla essence.
  5. Add in melted butter and cocoa mixture and mix well.
  6. Add nuts and mix again.
  7. Pour into tray 10x10 inch and bake at 180'c for 20-30 minutes.
